How do I track my order?

Supply Chain management is one of our specialties and we will provide you with many options to monitor your orders once they are placed that will meet your approval including tracking #s, and status reports as requested and/or required. Of course, you may always contact us and we’ll give you a detailed status report at any time.

My order never arrived.

Click the “Contact Us” link at the top right hand side of our site to contact us to discuss. Guesswork is not an option for our customers and should an order not arrive as promised we will contact you to discuss how to resolve it immediately.

An item is missing from my shipment.

Contact us at the “Contact Us” link to let us know what was missing and we will resolve the deficiency immediately and research why it happened to make sure it never happens again. Your satisfaction is our priority in every shipment.

My product is missing parts.

No problem, just contact us at the “Contact Us” page to let us know what was missing and we’ll replace them and find out why to make sure it never happens again.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. You will always know ahead of time about all lead times and promised dates and should a backorder occur we will discuss the options with you so that you may plan accordingly.
